I gave the seller/lender what he wanted , an LOI , and I got what I wanted, Lots of time to investigate subject property and also others at the same time.

Did anyone investigate to see if they could be repaired or if they were abused/neglected?

Do your own math, internet has a lot to offer on info, but do investigate every person before you go in on building projects.

It just depends on where the water is coming from and how bad the damage is.You need to hire someone to investigate these homes and determine if that's the problem/solution.

With a long term rental, you don't necessarily need a pm.As for which market, I don't really know since you'd have to investigate what appears to be both rental options (what about medium term??)
