I apologize if I am messing up this column with an inappropriate postI'm a newbie from Southern California (Laguna Hills, CA), but my investing interest has been mostly in Georgia, Arkansas and Florida.

By that, I mean he/she might have alluded to an impending foreclosure sale when in all actuality it might be a long while off......just a thought.Good luck with this....

I apologize if this has already been said as i didn't read all post prior... but I would recommend looking in to Dave Ramsey and his Financial Peace University.

She kept apologizing for the delay, but never did send us those documents.

I have some research to do looking into these markets and have reached out to some people, apologize if I haven't responded to one of your messages, will try to get to it this week. 

I know I'm soapboxing a bit on this topic, so I apologize, but it frustrates me on a daily basis to see folks discriminated against in my day job.
