Looking to Chat Wholesaling in the Twin Cities

I am looking to connect with experienced wholesalers in the Twin Cities area! Over the past year or so I have really done my research on wholesaling and know this is the path I want to follow to start my real estate investing journey. That being said, I have a list of single and multi-family properties in the Minneapolis area that I believe could be great off- market deals but I am not sure how to move forward since I have no experience with purchase agreements and assigning to an investor. If you want to discuss wholesaling in the Twin Cities area or just have any general advice please reach out, I am always looking to grow my BP network!

Thanks all!

**I was told to try posting this in the Minnesota Forum so if you are seeing this twice my apologies
