NC has manufactured home specific statutes.

So we walked in and I noticed it's a manufactured home and right after that the nephew mentioned to me that it was a manufactured home and actually the inside surprised me because it wasn't in really that bad of condition.lolSo I give a friend of mine a call (an investor) and looked it up even went by it and called me back saying yeah it's a manufactured home and that pretty much the nieghborhood is half manufactured and half single family.

Also there has been many of days i could have finished a project if i could get it that day with a truck, but couldn't, so i had to pay to have it home delivered...I purchased a hitch kit for my Volt, as a lot of people online told me they tow with trailers with light loads all the time without an issue, but after adding the hitch with the intentions of just renting a cheap trailer from uhaul when i need one... came to find out that because my car has a 0 tow rating from the manufacture, uhaul cant legally rent me a trailer.. their system says every trailer is above the towable limits, preventing me..

If I put a new roof on my property and then sell my property the new owner will get the installer warranty plus manufacturer warranty so there will be no charge to the owner. 

This is not a manufactured or mobile home, but instead it is a stick built home, with 2 x 6 walls, that is built in a factory and shipped out the site in pieces (modules) and put together on site.

The insurance carrier can decide to move forward with coverage at their discretion but were I adjusting this loss, I would report the drug activity of the tenant as the cause of the loss.The question now is whether or not there is an exclusion for damage caused by the manufacture of illegal drugs.
