As long as you continue to work hard and pursue your dreams I believe you will fulfill all of your goals.

After reading BP I am quickly realizing I could use some leverage and try to make my dreams a reality.

At the moment, I have a dream of buying some small houses that need repair, fixing them up, and renting them out.  

Is that not the American Dream at its finest? 

Is it your dream to one day sell all your places with nothing down to new investors?  

Everything I do, every goal I set is first: so that my children can live a wonderful life full of travel and adventure and being able to experience and see everything they desire, second: so that they can learn how to be successful and live in the real world, so that they aren't floundering in their young adulthood like I was, third: so that after they have everything they need and want, there is plenty left over for my husband and I to have our dreams fulfilled, and fourth: after all that to have the means to help others who are less fortunate than us, and to empower them to be able to rise up and make a wonderful life for themselves as well. 

My dreams of the best deal for my first deal were dashed.
