Mentor
I realize that I shouldn't ask for a mentor here. I was just wondering if there is anyplace that you know of that I could find one. At the moment, I have a dream of buying some small houses that need repair, fixing them up, and renting them out. I have no capital and my debt to income ratio would not qualify me for a loan. Just looking to get started. Thanks.

@Paul Slaght - find local REIA groups and go to meetings. Offer to assist with due diligence or any assistance they may need
