Most people on BP don't realize that, they are chasing cash flow for to fund a life long vacation.

Unit 1Kitchen needs; GFCI protected receptacles, range hood needed, sinkvegetable spray holder is not attached, rodent droppings in thekitchen, need to seal the plumbing chase from the cellar to the 2ndfloor, the sink drains up hill.

Nothing worse than chasing people down for 1/4 of the utility bills.Like someone said, you may get renters that are not seasonal and plan to stay awhile.

Rest assured this is a very powerful way to do real estate and much better than being Johnny landlord chasing after rent and doing rehabs / turnovers constantly 

Recommend treatment and repainting.There is a hole and damage on chimney chase siding/trim.

Often times you may find that he or she is just chasing a commission (not always a bad thing.. might find some hustlers). 

@Marcus AuerbachYour right I’ve tried Chase, Bank of America, etc... they have given me mortgages in the past.And yes, I do show a positive cash flow on my tax’s returns.

Sounds like your money is best spent on fixing the issue rather than chase him in court.
