Never go with white cabinets in a rental. 

It's really disruptive to them and, to borrow from another thread, their kids might draw on the brand new kitchen cabinets before you're even putting up the rental ad for your newly renovated property. 

The problem areas with lbp are cabinets and wood windows opening and closing creating dust, maybe doors.  

The cabinets, countertops, and flooring (if removable) would qualify for 100% bonus depreciation. 

My floors were damaged and my kitchen cabinets in the bottom.
