How does the 5% RE allocation jive with that  I wonder?

The number one lesson I learned was "pay yourself first", which I have and been allocating those funds towards investments.

The Freedom Fund (the, “Fund”), is a private fund of money allocated to co-invest with individuals in real estate.

perfect example it makes sense actually, because for every transaction seller has to allocate 7% to agents so in other words, price virtually inflated to accommodate the agent.

I've read heard / read somewhere recently: you can add "Blow money" field to your budget plan and allocate the amount you can spend on some extra nice things you want.

Will be some work with how to properly structure and allocate/disburse revenue's/profit's but it could change the math of it all. 

Similarly to capital, energy must be properly allocated.

(Dont know why hahaha)What I'm saying is no matter what the Fed will do, (most likely) it will not affect much (of the inflation), meanwhile if energy/embargo oil allocation back to normal, the inflation for sure naturally going down by itself.This winter could be particularly bad as European country will need more energy & gas.

So I am able to gain “free money” but don’t know if I want to allocate that much money into the 401K when I’d like to start building an investing fund.

I have no credit and all of my income is allocated towards my bills as I am currently living with my parents.
