I might not be an REI but it does not mean I'm not interested in the real-estate world.

We would be more than willing to, knock on doors, help with renovations, perform administrative work, or anything we can do to give someone a hand in exchange for some real world exposure to the industry.

Just not enough guts to actually jump into the Real Estate investment world.

I'm more concerned with the world market crashes/corrections that are currently occurring and their ability to spill over to America.  

The real world is a lot more complicated.
