Newbie investor in St. Louis
I am a soon to be investor in the St. Louis area, just wanted to drop another note here and say hello. Me and my partner really want to get a few wholesale deals under our belt this year. We are looking to learn from someone more experienced. We would be more than willing to, knock on doors, help with renovations, perform administrative work, or anything we can do to give someone a hand in exchange for some real world exposure to the industry.
