What the advertising rules are for senior housing isn't clear anywhere I have found.From HUD website:It is illegal for anyone to: Threaten, coerce, intimidate or interfere with anyone exercising a fair housing right or assisting others who exercise that right Advertise or make any statement that indicates a limitation or preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap.

For what it's worth, I'll likely vote for the guy...Mormon beliefs are no crazier than any other religion...Not sure about that, they follow a prophet who was riding a horse west of Missouri where he was kicked out of town for being a con-artist having nothing to do with religion.

@Lauren C.Dogs and dog ownership isn't a protected class, so absolutely you can prohibit it as long as you don't do something like allow only certain people of a protected class (ie race) to have a dog.
