The rental would be not high end but more of > $1,000/month rental tenants. and i would definately NOT want to inspect the houses every 6 month, i imagine it would make my tenants a bit uncomfortable, more of like if i have not received any complaints about them being disruptive every few months and they pay on time and they could receive a small gift in the mail.

there is nothing long with learning and reading and podcasts, but as you may already be feeling, there comes a point where you just gotta do it.And I might add that the best things I've ever done for myself felt very scary and very uncomfortable in the moment but looking back they were game changing.

I'd rather have 20 fully paid off, heavy cash flow properties than 40 financed properties that don't cash flow as much.Since we do NOT have a high income I need to find ways to expedite this process, but without being over-leveraged and uncomfortable.
