The most indicative aspect of the market peak to me is the new and stupid money driving prices to silly valuations.

The elective courses are (I have to pick one): Mortgage Loan Brokering, Property Management, Real Estate Economics, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance.Appreciate any advice you all have. 

Probably the best aspect is that the newbie has an opportunity to expand his real estate knowledge which he can hopefully use in the future for INVESTING.
