p=11It's sad when people take money from people that can't even afford to buy their own home.

It took me a few years to learn that every time you listen to someone's sad story, you will learn to regret it.People with housing and financial problems are the problem of the government.If you had a deli and he wanted to walk out with $200 worth of groceries with a promise to pay later, what would you do?

The sad part is that it would seem that everyone is clamoring for the way things were and the understanding of the mistakes that led to the current situation have not yet been mentally absorbed.

A hard money lender saying to split the profits if u come up with 2500...sounds like a sad deal, the reason u go to them is to borrow money not make them money, to pay them back with some interest & u make money off it.I wud decline that but I wud be interested to hear what others have to say as I havent go that far yet, but purely based on knowledge I wud keep looking!

Sadly, my father can not do that, he has Alzheimer and dementia and can not tell you his current location, therefore not competent to make decisions.

We connect on some level (sadly at this point, probably at the mother or grandmother level.

It's too competitive around here and people try to take advantage of contractors just as much as contractors try to take advantage of people (sad really on both ends).  

I was so excited when I made the leaderboard, now I was just kinda sad.  :(  LOL

McDonalds..yeah sad as it is...

Sadly the amount of money available to each partner may play a roll in this.
