If you're just looking for a boots on the ground to keep you abreast with the goings ons of your park, simply hiring a reliable park resident is the way to go.

I have a dilemma; I own three properties in Connecticut and have been having issues obtaining a reliable contractor .

The new construction all over the place keeps property values from going up significantly (at least that's my theory), but since everyone loves to hate on the town and the base, lots of people are reluctant to buy there, so rents are pretty reliable. 

It will be interesting to see if they can get off the ground and actually provide a reliable eviction service.
