Does anyone have a property manager, relator, contractor, CPA that they can recommend in the area?

They recommended we not use them and hold the contracts ourselves as it should involve far fewer contractors than, say, multifamily.

They're the ones recommending putting victorian oval window or craftsman doors on 50s ranch homes for instance - unnecessary ornamentation and completely the wrong era.By the way, great choices on the white paint colors.  

I know it gets asked often, but the BP search tool is...challenging.What MF Mentorship programs do you guys recommend? 

I would recommend starting with house hacking to learn the process of how homes are bought and sold.

My recommendation is try to find someone through AMHA (Section 8).
