So I'm in the market for a new broker/agent and a new insurance company for at least one building and possibly more. 

I was mentioning bitcoing mining, where the solar company who is leasing your property would have an outlet to sell the power without a substation nearby. 

But when it comes to watching people say we are headed for a market crash like what happened in 2008, this frustrates me.

If you think the market will get better in the next few years it might be better to hold onto it.

In the US some markets are still pulling top dollar and other markets you are seeing price reductions.  

Market Conditions:If it's a seller's market and prices are peaking, I’ll consider selling to capture maximum value.

I just did not see that area as a STR market compared to FLA  the smokies  AZ  you know more destination markets..

My best advice is to choose a market that has great macroeconomics.

I've heard a number of BP podcasts where they talk about an "appreciation market" or a "cashflow market".  

Also, the Recent Supreme Court Ruling Striking down the Chevron ruling, takes away a lot of power of unelected officials, most of the IRS papers are not based on actual rules, but interpretations of code.
