Though I wouldn't suggest that as your only method of making money since the amount you'll get paid will not be very high. 

Hello BP,I had a bunch of questions regarding LLCs - e.g. liability issues, tax implications of owning assets via LLCs (in-state or out of state), etc.1) I wanted to know that as a first step (with respect to the legal/liability issues) , what kind of attorney should I be contacting for advice?

After you create the instructions in your Welcome Book, have a couple of friends try it out to ensure you did not miss any steps. 

I will like to use the BRRRR method to start.

First step is always the hardest so securing a strong team of like-minded, hard working people is primary on my list (but I’m patient and conservative).
