In my experience, house fires wreak havoc on structural integrity so if the fire was spread across the entire layout of the house you might be looking at the value of just the lot minus demo and lot prep.

The functionality and idea behind QB Desktop and QBO should be the same, however, the layout and some terminologies are different.

I think a walk through video of the house would be a much better tool to pull in renters/buyers than any possible pics you could take.It gives a much better perspective on the layout and the room sizes.
