And realize that while we are all crowded together here in this little pocket of cyberspace the membership on BP is actually spread out all across the world.

Related to that, I have a friend who was considering Lifestyles but was balking at the membership fees. 

Just be sure to ask for details about fees (E & O, desk) and requirements (do you need to have NAR membership, what portion of your commission do they take, how much can you negotiate with commission to reduce sales price) when you're comparing brokerages.
