AirDnA worth the money

Hi All,

I'm an investor in the LTR's now and I plan to get in the Short-term rental market by year end.  I was looking into getting a subscription to AirDnA.  Is AirDnA worth the $500 bucks?  Does it give you good data?  What are the pros and what are some cons.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks!

    Don't spend the money.

    Start here: https://data.rabbu.com/
    Then go here: https://hostfinancial.com/airb...
Finally, just look on Airbnb and VRBO and see how other similar units are renting. Some call it the "Enemy Method".
