There has been significant growth in jobs over the last couple years from several new fulfilment centers as well as a brand new outlet mall and UofL continues to expand.Louisville isn't an appreciation play, it's a cash flow play and I expect it to stay that way for a long time.

If conventional financing outlets are not available, this will be an issue for the seller too, his market will be limited to cash buyers and that will probably mean a drop in price.

Electrical outlets can be GFI in any room, should be anyway, a 220 V run for a stove is a separate run.

There is a company that compiles that info, Red X is one outlet for that info, but you can buy lists or varying quality to get that info.
