The timelines for some of our loans in non-judicial states can get extended way longer than a judicial foreclosure in another state when the borrower fights.

Likely just 2-3 phases on a project that size.As to rate and terms, I would likely give a 6 month term, option to extend would cost you, and rate would depend on your area.

Does anyone see the liability of a burger joint, the extended hours of operation, the health codes involved, the maintenance involved in plumbing outside the building, grease traps are outside!
