We have excess cash and don't want to put it in the stock market and long term want to work for ourselves on something passionate- why not be real estate.

At the stage of my life i have 100% passion, drive and initiative to make REI my full time "job"...I'm all in! 

I'm a general contractor who's also interested in real estate investing but I'm mostly preoccupied with getting my own contracting business off the ground so if you want a licensed contractor to ride shot gun with you when you get to the due diligence stage I'll help you out with home inspections totally free of charge for in property in Winter Garden.  

Has any got any advice in completing this stage?

I wonder at this stage anyways how many people would make it to my page where this would be a problem though.

As for creating excess electricity that does not usually happen with most systems because for  a lot of reason most systems do not create 100% of needed electricity in the first place.

And the seller obviously wants a price closely to the top of market for the SFHs in the surrounding neighborhoods – not to mention that the house is well worn from years of renters versus the nicely staged houses on the market.
