I too have entertained the idea for a while (ever since hearing about donald trump as a kid).

Mr Smith, I noticed your property on Slumline Road and wanted to ask you if you would entertain selling it (or more countryfied, wanted to know if you'd sell it?)  

Trump might be a total jerk...but I bet he gets more done than the politicians we keep electing based on their empty promises ever will and it will be a whole lot more entertaining to watch.

Contrary to that you might think of adding amenities such as a playground, a great landscaped area for everyone's use, guest parking, a covered entertainment area, something low maintenance.You may be allowed to build a mother in law quarters or two.

The good things about it are there is a broad based economy, everything available that anyone could ever want (jobs, schools, healthcare, entertainment, recreation, and best of all many of the communities are the safest in the nation, and perfect year round weater!)
