I've always had this dream of buying and flipping houses with my wife, who is currently an RN and pursuing her Masters Degree.

I'm looking into investing(Wholesale, buy and hold, lease options, fix and flip).  

It looks like the property will cash flow out of the gate, so we'd like to just build equity for now and maybe flip in the future.

Since the markets have picked up, everyone believes they can flip real estate like you see on HGTV and the market is getting flooded with fix and flippers.

My third option that I inconveniently left out (or option 1B) was to find a moderately straight forward live-in flip. 

I am looking for a realtor that specializes in finding distressed, flip worthy properties in the following areas of North Houston; Conroe, Montgomery, Tomball, The Woodlands and Spring.

I am interested in maybe partnering on a flip with someone if anyone is interested, but on that how do I figure out who is a good person to partner with.

If your flipping a house how long should it be until you sell it? 

Initially want to flip houses in my area.

We are starting our real estate investing business and would like to take the right steps in the right direction before purchasing our first flip.
