I can honestly say it was worth every penny.Ben's program gives you a super comprehensive overview of real estate from just about every angle I can think of: Economic, Financial, Technical, Tax, Creative, Long-term Planning, etc.

Also look at Scottmans guide that's a pre comprehensive list of lenders all over the country and what they lend on etc..

However, the most comprehensive is the 'Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book' by Joe Fairless.

I’ve seen your various posts over the last couple of months and must say: I think you’re falling victim to getting lost in the forest, for there are LOTS of tree details in your (impressively comprehensive) spreadsheets.
