Many times, unless they book a year in advance in some campgrounds, you aren't going to get people into those trailers.Also, I would definitely get them placed and setup before the guests arrive.

Tom assured me that he's pretty much around the house all the time (since he's been laid off over a year) and he's never had a theft problem in the house and nobody steals mail.Turned out that one of the other unemployed guys in the house (not laid off, just living off his father's money) was in his usual spot (watching tv in the living room) when the mail arrived, and he set down my package and proceeded to pile the Sunday paper (which he was reading) on top of it...and then forgot about it thus not telling me.

The tenant sent me a letter with a copy of a cleaning receipt, saying that he hired a cleaning company (which I am familiar with and know to be legit) upon arrival and that it was unnecessary to withhold a portion of his security deposit for deep cleaning and pet stains.

When we do consent to the installation of a satellite dish on a property, we either provide a mount on the roof (with an existing chase way/conduit into the building) or require them to erect a pole on the premises and run the cable to a designated location (conduit into a mechanical room).A few years ago, we had an installer for a local Internet service provider arrive at one of our properties - for an install we requested - and, before we arrived on-site, he had drilled a hole in through the new siding and freshly rehabbed and air-sealed building envelope to run a feed ... despite the fact we had supplied a conduit for just that purpose.
