I consider showing to be part of the screening process and, becuase I have high end rentals, I beleive the personal touch is why I have waiting lists and tenants tend to stay.

I just harkened back to a hotel i stayed at once in Venice Italy and you know the Italians they dont even think about going out or to dinner until 10pm.. it was so loud until about 2am we never did get a good nights rest.
