Also who does the policing for medicaid to make sure the home is being sold at fair market value?

However, no reason to involve CPS here.Well there is no reason for the OP to involve CPS....but when I did some searches about this topic, there were stories of neighbors that saw a young 16 y.o. girl at home all day with a baby or young child and the nosy/concerned neighbor called the authorities.In at least one of the cases I read about, the mother (who was at work) was actually cited by the police for child endangerment.

This illegal tenant has done something very serious that will likely require the master tenant to go to the police and report it.

The focus of today is that of policing Iraq and trying to control the chaos.
