Recommendations for a San Francisco Lawyer
Hello All! I'm writing on behalf of a friend. She's the master tenant of a apartment in San Francisco. She rents one of the rooms to a "illegal tenant" that's been in the apartment for 3 years. This illegal tenant has done something very serious that will likely require the master tenant to go to the police and report it. However the master tenant is worried about getting evicted for renting to an illegal tenant. There's also a concern about violence because of retaliation. This has become a very stressful situation for the master tenant and she really needs some legal advice. Does anyone know of a good lawyer out there that could handle this?
