My main concern is with the tax implications.We just purchased a SFR, actually a Manufactured Double Wide on a Basement and 1 acre of land.  

The product photos from the original manufacturer are exactly the same as what wayfair uses and you will get a cheaper hit 98%+ of the time. 

The insurance carrier can decide to move forward with coverage at their discretion but were I adjusting this loss, I would report the drug activity of the tenant as the cause of the loss.The question now is whether or not there is an exclusion for damage caused by the manufacture of illegal drugs.

What year was it manufactured?

Reverse manufacture the plan, and scrutinize it.

Big distributors and manufacturers are positioning themselves alongside the two largest employers in Cleveland (maybe in Ohio, below Nationwide Insurance in Columbus).

Given that it's a manufactured home I'm not 100% certain this financing is available like it would be for a stick-built home)Taxes: $100/month (assuming 2% of $60k purchase price - this may be a bit low...any recommendations for how I can easily verify?

The military provides for roughly $800 million in economic impact, but aerospace, energy, health care, education and  manufacturing and distribution make up the bulk of jobs in the area.
