Just food for thought

Been listening to biggerpockets podcasts but sometimes hard finding specific info catered to me. 

Beer and many food items are similarly cheaper, as are electronics. 

There are quite a few good food options.

Fortunately, up until I graduate from my masters program, my parents are covering my rent and then all other expenses are covered by me (utilities, gas, food, my dog, etc.). 

It is rare for bed bugs to travel between residences "randomly" because they can't travel far and they tend to stay next to a food source (animals or humans).

All money from leasing meeting and conference space as well as food and beverage available for events is positive cash flow.

Renters were able to defer car loans, defer student loans, get utility assistance, food assistance, so tell us where did the money go...
