I've read what I can find about them and their $300 yearly filing fee, as well as posts from other states, but if anyone has any personal advice about whether they make good sense in Maryland (or general advice, really), I'd appreciate it.Thanks,Mike

Hey All, I'm trying to get a google voice number setup and I can't get rid of the "please state your name and we will try to connect you" standard message before it rings to my number then plays my custom voice message.I've called from 4 different numbers, half the time it goes directly to my custom message and half the time it plays the automated message then goes to my custom message.  

After the house is repaired you immediately file your refinance paperwork (I'd have it filed before hand, but the appraisal can't be ordered until the repairs are completed).

If they are leaving voluntarily, I would wait till they have vacated the premises before you file for eviction or non payment of rent.

"Forfeited" to the county means absolutely nothing in Michigan.Even after the "Foreclosure" the counties are still hoping the owner will come in and work out a payment plan.I've seen properties that said "forfeited" four years in a row and  the county never did the "foreclosure" even though nothing was paid on any of the "forfeiture" years.In most cities the record will not change until the new owner files the PTA.

This is definitely a criminal offense but getting the cops to file charges is difficult.  

I used him and he failed to recognize that the entire basement was filed with mold.

Look at the business categories you file your taxes under, if you don't build it or buy it you're not filing as an investor.
