My goal is to build capital to purchase buy-and-hold properties, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings and eventually get rid of my 9-5 job :)I am thrilled about the wealth of information and help that the BP Community provides.

Saving it for equity growth is a gamble.

May just have to be patient and wait for the delinquency issue to get cleared up so as to get the FHA approval back so I can sell the 4 units I can't rent or possibly go the owner financing route which I'm not thrilled about.

I have It on a float but will probably lock It tomorrow as the lender said he was expecting about 60 days to close which would be the length of my rate lock.. trying to gamble the timing to not have to come outve pocket for an extension.

Of course, not just as sellers, but as fellow investors, we are thrilled to see your portfolio stabilized and performing. 

Maybe see if they have a two- or three-month trial period and take the gamble. 

If I could hit just one I would be thrilled hahaha
