Reminds be of credit card hacking and award travel, but at least I perceive it to have a bit more risk and am getting a bit of analysis by paralysis. 

Me being a professional over thinker can confidently say… find something that makes sense and go for it, trust the process.I like BRRR, 18months ago We traveled to atlanta, toured like 3 properties and made an offer…. didn’t went trough… but the owner had another house, a dumpster in sw atlanta, close to US 41 in an up and coming place… fair price and enough upside….We bought it and I’ve been re building it up the last 15 months….Didn’t made us rich, but i got my feet wet and learned a TON now i discovered MTR and chose that route, looking to scale the business

AirbNb looks like a scary model right now with less travelers.

In my area, there are hardly any cleaners willing to travel 35 miles one way to clean our home and no one really specializes in STR's.

In order to invest out of state, are you comfortable buying properties long-distance or do you travel to the site?

While we're not a major tourist destination, between business travel and the attractions we do have, new hotels and STRs continue to be added.

As far as targeting travel nurses is concerned, is furnishfinder my best bet at finding a quality tenants?
