Not pleasant!

At times I was in shock when I knew more about the deals and how they work than they did, and it was their money at stake!!

There are a lot of pleasant, small towns around there like Imperial, Hillsboro, Barnhart, Pevely, Festus, High Ridge and House Springs.

If we do well I spread the wealth if its tight or we did not do so hot I won'tI can tell you I shock the crap out of the subs though I usually have 20 50's in my pocket and  will lay a 50 on a sub and thank them  ..

Have had some conversations with prospective clients over the last year and they were somewhat shocked by that percentage.

You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!
