really depends on what niche an agent is in.when I sold real estate I was a land specialist..so my week days were spent in the morning getting to the golf course by 10am finishing about 3pmgo home.. check my message machine ( remember those) eat dinner then at about 7pm ( after everyone was done with dinner) hit the phones for about 1 hour setting up appointments for the weekend showings.

as far as getting started you made a great first step joining BP and utilizing the endless knowledge and education available here, while i do not have a lot of experience working with partners i do work at the moment with family and working with family can be a nightmare. but i have read that partners work out sometimes to be a strong investing machine i have a colleague that bought a 6 unit building here in town with 2 partners and they have a nice structure in there relationship.
