Don't forget folks, even if you have 1K to your name, a 2 mil judgement against you will follow you for life.

It is definitely poor judgement, in my professional opinion, to sign off on a repair of that expense without having prior written approval.

Also as far as garnishing wages I imagine I need a judgement first.

Disclaimer: If you were to receive a judgement, they may still be entitled to disbursements made to you from the company, but there are other ways to work that.Also, you should not hold your LLC as 100% owner if at all possible.

I don't know Jon Klaus, sounds like this guy has pretty solid judgement and if he thinks so highly of himself it must be true!

I never stated that things were always "rosy" nor did I mention that 100% of the franchisees are successful, so would ask you to reevaluate what I wrote and please don't make judgement by what you may have heard or seen in the past.
