I figured there will alway be a catch to it.

Very often inspections catch issues like this, although not everyone is as sensitive to the odor they put in gas. 

63109 is a steady, relatively safe area that's adjacent to some of the hotter growth areas and is finally seeing some positive pressure in catching up appreciation to Tower Grove, Shaw, etc.

I think there is a good chance no one will catch it but could be an issue2.
