I was referring to a monthly charge to allow pets. have to be careful though if they claim it is a comfort or medical pet, most states wont allow you to charge more for a pet in that case.

There are 12 years left on the base lease and 10 year options that take the tenant out to well past 2047.The lease is Triple Net and the tenant does everything even takes care of all the maintenance.
