As @Michael Baum suggested, the amount of work doesn't change with the seasons, nor does the length of stay, as @Theresa Harris mentioned.My question is... in order to compete with lower total trip costs from other listings (often resulting from lower cleaning fees), should I eat a part of the cleaning fee in order to have a lower total trip cost?

Hello everyone, I am selling an apartment building in California using a 1031 exchange (to buy property in the Midwest) and am wondering if I can use my passive loss carryovers and disallowed losses for that property to offset any boot because I am planning to use the cash pullout as reserves or repair money for when the replacement property is vacant.

I would suggest emailing or calling the US House of Representatives office for the congressman/woman for the district your rental property is in or the district where you live.
