You have to think better on your feet and have a few scripts to work through with folks but it's way better IMO than letting them talk to a machine.

I have come to terms with initial houses that I was looking, though I can afford them, they would be a good worry-machines if something goes not good.

I would use the money to build a money machine of active income, since I have the time and desire to chase revenue.
