I think your idea of getting your RE license is a fabulous idea, but also look into the forums and podcasts, as wholesaling, creative financing, partnerships and other investing strategies might be ideal while you raise capital.

I plan on taking a fee as a % of the cash flow disbursements for doing the work, along with putting my own capital in for the initial funding.I would also like to repeat this with more people and create new partnerships down the road.
