New guy from Tempe, Arizona!

Hey I'm Zach  and I'm a 21 year old who just got into real estate by purchasing my first house! I was able to do so by working right off the bat after high school at a fine dining restaurant in the east valley. Now I'm looking around to see what I should do next. I'm thinking about going to real estate school to get my license while I continue to save money for my next investment. 

My goal is to eventually stop serving and make real estate investing a career I'll enjoy doing for the rest of my life!
