Hi guys,I'm struggling to find information on a scheme similar to 1031 exchange for Canadian investing...

Forget cashflow (or rational appreciation), that city has long since passed sanity or anything relatively close to market fundamentals for you to want to touch real estate 'investments' with a 100-foot pole.If you can't tell, I could go on forever about the current status of the Canadian real estate market! 

I'm also working on setting up my website along with social media.

All this said, I'm brand new in this field and have no idea where to start so I thought, join a social network of people with the same goals as me! 

Stock market does not have a one stop shop of free education and social networking like real estate does.

So far, just browsing through the forums, I am impressed with the amount of social interaction and useful information from experienced investors.

I dont do alot of social media type activity, but i have concluded it far better to network with people for free than pay some guru to tell me im stupid for investing money with them.
