I pay more like $60 for gutter cleaning up to 2 stories, and $80 for air conditioning/heating tune ups. 

@Nathan Maier Forgot to mention, since this appears to be a little bit of an aviation thread that I am a retired Air Force aviator (GR- 1 and F-111)Cool to read your history and how you made the transition to civilian life work.

Honestly, I think it would be a great air bnb location but I can't afford to put any more money into to furnish it, etc. 

My wife goes over several times a month to pick up the mail, sweep up, water the plants, and air on the place.My dad handled estates for relatives, and the situation is the same, they all think they get better and go home.
