Most likely you will have opposition from neighbors during the process, who don't want to see more traffic and more rentals in the area.

Traffic is going to suck in that area with The Domain and Domain Northside, the new soccer stadium and now this 66 acre development. 

It actually could be that all of your LLCs are disregarded - a tangled web for sure.
