West Virginia would be even better if we would just declare ourselves a sanctuary state for energy (coal, oil, natural gas) as opposed to letting liberals from CA and NY make laws which deliberately attack our extraction industries.

Flipping a quarter to see who wins is not a good business model.My vote if you have no documentation is rip out the carpet, use some oil-based Kilz on the floor, and go over it with resilient flooring like luxury vinyl plank that is much easier to clean and repair when pets piddle.

The payments were $420/month, insurance was 350/month, gas crept up to 450/gallon for 93, oil changers were $100 every 5,000 miles, and I still had to pay rent, feed and clothe myself, and still manage to enjoy being 19.Not only was I breaking my back and working to death for a depreciating asset, in a year my needs changed completely!

@Scot There is a tub/shower kit at Lowes were you can paint the tub white its a oil base paint for tubs the kit only cost $50.00 dollars I have used this kit on several time on many of my customer houses.
